Counseling

Bonnie Pettit was born in Santa Monica, California, and graduated from Glendale High School in Glendale, California. As a former U.S. Navy wife, she spent 17 years living in Hawaii, California, and Washington State. Ms. Pettit has a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from San Diego Christian College, a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology, and a Pupil Personnel Service Credential from National University in San Diego. She has worked as an addictions counselor in California, and as a school counselor and English teacher (teaching grades 9-12) at Mayer High School, Bradshaw Mountain High School, and Chino Valley High School. In addition, she was an Admissions Representative for Grand Canyon University from 2012-2015. Ms. Pettit enjoys spending time with her adult children and family, as well as dancing, singing, playing piano, and crafting.
