Principal's Message

Welcome to Territorial Early Childhood Center—where little learners grow in big ways! At TECC, we’re proud to serve children from preschool through second grade, and we consider it a true privilege to be part of these important early years. Our school is a warm, welcoming place where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn every day.

At TECC, we believe in the power of the whole child—nurturing not just academics, but also social, emotional, and physical development. Our mission is simple: We believe in each child’s potential as a lifelong learner. You’ll see this come to life in every classroom, hallway, and smile. Our vision keeps us grounded: Teaching the whole child, Encouraging excellence, Cultivating character, and Creating a safe community.

We’re all about teamwork at TECC—whether that’s among our incredible staff, with our students, or alongside our families. We know that when we work together, amazing things happen. That’s why we build strong relationships and set high expectations, helping every child grow in confidence and ability.
